Clearly not done, but wheels should alwaysbe one of the first things chosen for a project vehicle. That being said, these wheels shouldn't even be in the same zip code as a car like this. I think some opponaut that lives close to this thing should a)try to talk some sense into the owner or b)kill the wheels dead with grenades.
